Jan-Eric & Jennifer Österlund would
like to share some of the many adventures of their lives
including their international travels,
circumnavigating the globe aboard Adèle,
family celebrations & daily life at their historic
home, new authorship, and photographic art.
After
their wedding, Jennifer and Jan-Eric went on a two year
voyage around the world on their sailing
yacht Adèle.
Look at the drawings and read about the philosophy behind
the construction of Adèle.
See the charts that shows their voyages. Enjoy humpback
whales, sea lions, albatrosses, glaciers, tropical
rain forests, roaring volcanoes and colourful coral reefs.
Now the family has moved back
ashore. Read about their medieval home in Devon and its
fascinating history. Knightstone
Manor was built in 1380 and it still looks very
much the same.
Little Eric Gregory has been
added to the family. Family
events will of course focus around the smallest member
of the family, born in June 2008. And
now in May 2010, Mikee, seven years old and the niece of
Jennifer, has permanently come to England to live with
the Österlunds at Knightstone
and study in Sidmouth. See
slide shows from family travels and events at home.
Jan-Eric's writing and photographs
have been published in two books: Exploring
with Adèle,
about their sailing adventures, and Impressions
of the Colorado Plateau about
the breathtaking sandstone formations in Utah
and Arizona, USA. And now little Eric Gregory has joined
his father as author of his first book: From Birth
to Toddler, an autobiography. Read
about these books and how to order them.
Jan-Eric has collected some
of his favourite photographs from the last few years
in a special portfolio. See
his images published on the web.
