Summer 2011
We spent a lot of the summer holidays in Spain, France and Sweden but still got some time at Knightstone and when school started in September, we were of course back home and the weather was still very warm.
The pictures are a mix from different occasions starting with Wistman's Wood, a very old wood of dwarf oak trees on Dartmoor. Ottery church was having a service at a nearly equally old and beautiful church in a small hamlet outside Newton Abbott. Eric is playing in the tree house in our park. Mikee's friend Simone comes on a visit, and several other themes are included.
Jennifer and I are supporting choristers at Exeter Cathedral, and I have a couple of photos from them rehearsing in the very beautiful Cathedral. I got a studio lighting setup in September, and my first victim was Lewis. He helped me setting them up and then he had to become a model. Unfortunately his shirt was full of paint stains from redecorating Knightstone, so I had to spend long time deleting the stains, but the light works!
