It is ten years since it happened. Jennifer accepted my proposal at Ritz in Paris and then came the wedding, the christening of Adèle and two years of exciting sailing and –from Jennifer’s side – a lot of sacrifice and suffering as she got so seasick. So much has happened, but for both of us it is the birth of Eric and arrival of Mikee that really has changed our lives and brought us very close to each other.
The christening of Adèle, the day after the wedding, was really a continuation of our wedding party, and it was natural to celebrate the anniversary of our wedding in Marstrand. We had a morning coffee at Berg’s konditori and a dinner at Tenan. And before the dinner we were invited for drinks at Lyktan with Mia and Emil, their children and Jan Cederberg.
But it wasn’t only a wedding anniversary, it was also Jennifer’s birthday. Unfortunately I am not allowed to tell anyone her age!
