Limping in the Garden

I had an operation of one of my feet last week. I have to sit with my foot up high most of the time, but can jump around a little. Jennifer fled Knightstone with the kids and went to the Philippines. They have a four week adventure with scuba diving, surf boarding, horse riding and other activities leaving their poor dad at Knightstone. But I am well looked after and our friends are coming to visit and helping me emptying our wine cellar. And the weather has been absolutely gorgeous, so yesterday I decided to hang a camera around my neck and limp around the garden a little. Mid July is not the best time, as the roses already have blossomed for quite a while, but our gardens (or Lewis’s!) are worth looking at all year around. All the pictures were taken yesterday.

  1. Wonderful weather and a wonderful peaceful setting to enjoy it in! I hope your foot is back in action soon!
